Woodman Construction was formed in 1976 and has experienced steady growth since its inception.

Over the decades, we have managed a diverse range of commercial construction projects and developed long-standing relationships with grocers, retailers, developers, property owners and other commercial clients.

Our experience allows us to anticipate challenges early, coordinate complex project requirements and keep construction moving from initial planning through final occupancy.

1976

Woodman Construction, Inc. is formed as a Washington general contracting firm.

1985

Selected as general contractor for the expansion and redevelopment of Bellevue Village Shopping Center.

Today

Over 18 million square feet of occupied remodel completed, with licenses in five states.
